The briefing will be given by IOM, OCHA, UNHCR and WHO. In this briefing, humanitarian partners from IOM, OCHA, UNHCR and WHO, will provide an overview of the humanitarian system and the ongoing response efforts in Libya. Current gaps and challenges will be addressed, and in particular, the challenge of carrying out remote managed delivery. In addition, partners will also update on the ongoing planning process for the UN return to Libya. Lastly, a discussion will be held on the upcoming HPC process.
