The IASC Global AAP Landscape Mapping plots what is being done in terms of collective AAP in different humanitarian contexts around the world, thus serving as a baseline to inform strategic planning, orient operational support activities, support advocacy and fundraising efforts, give visibility to best practices, and strengthen inter-agency capacity.We are publishing quarterly snapshots of our analysis to share with the humanitarian community what we have learned so far.

The Grand Bargain Ambassadors Jemilah Mahmood, Manuel Bessler, Michael Köhler and the Facilitation Group (FG) Sherpas (EU/DG ECHO, Germany, OCHA, UNICEF, IFRC, InterAction, NEAR) met with the Signatories.

Ouagadougou, 30 November 2023 – An IASC delegation has just concluded a three-day official visit to Burkina Faso to listen to the needs of people affected by the crisis, strengthen partnerships with authorities and partners for more effective humanitarian action, and promote sustainable solutions to the crisis.

As agreed in the Grand Bargain 2023-2026 framework to revise the self-reporting mechanism, the Ambassadors with the support of the Secretariat will launch a process with the aim of having a revised mechanism by spring 2024. The objective is to have more transparency, more accurate and more comparable data.
