ProCap Annual Report 2019

The inter-agency Protection Standby Capacity Project (ProCap) is a joint Project between the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). Established in 2005, the Project seeks to strengthen protection capacity and leadership to ensure protection is central to humanitarian action.
