Group Logins
Group accounts are quite different to the way administrator accounts are setup. They are designed to be shared amongst several individuals. For the launch of the site, the old passwords as were used for these new accounts. They are listed at the bottom for your reference, but will become out-of-date as the website grows.
To log into a group account, people will need to complete the following steps:
- Click the opening door icon in the top right of the screen
- On the user login form, click the link "Use access code"
- On the access form, enter the appropriate password. Note: There are no user names for these accounts.

The only time people will need to log out is if they are using a shared computer, or do not have access controls on their computer (i.e. if they leave it turned on at night in a semi-public space). Once they've logged in, they should be set from that point forward. Very rarely they may be logged out, but it should be quite infrequent.
Once logged in, a group user will be redirected to a summary of recent activity on the site. There is also a button from this page to create a personal account. You can also direct people to this form with the URL: https://interagencystandingcommittee.org/group/user/register
Please encourage people to create personal accounts. This will allow us to move towards more collaboration and personalisation of the website (including emailed updates! imagine a world where you can invite people to a meeting from the website and they will receive an email when the meeting is created!). I know Manisha has already been talking to one group (maybe more?) about using the space to review drafts of documents.
