The purpose of the project “Collaborative Procurement of High-Value Commodities” (Phases I and II) was to analyse the procurement footprint of the United Nations system of organizations and develop recommendations on opportunities for collaborative procurement projects.

In recognition of the need for sustained political engagement and the shift of attention towards the relevance of the Grand Bargain (GB) Commitments to field operations, the first “demonstrator country” Field Mission of the Localization Workstream was held in Bangladesh between 9 to 13 September 2018.
